*All signs are hand-lettered by our creator, Olivia, without using vinyl or stencils.

Choose the orientation of your sign, painted back color, lettering style, word color, and size.

We may be emailing you to ask you more questions so be sure to add that as apart of your contact information please. Double check your spelling in the text box provided because we will be referring to that to make your sign.

Since all signs are custom made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items. If it was a mistake on our part, we will make exceptions to that.

  • Returns

    All items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable due to the personalization and customization of each product. If there is a mistake or problem, please contact me. I will only offer a full refund or exchange if the mistake is my own. So please be sure to double check spelling and personalization options that you choose. If there is damage done during shipping, I am not responsible for that. Please see our shipping policy on that. Photos may be required if damage is done while shipping. Please let us know within 14 days of your order being delievered.

  • Shipping

    All orders will be processed, made, & shipped within 1-3 weeks of placing your order. They will be delivered through USPS or UPS. How long it takes to get from me to you will depend on USPS or UPS. It is standard shipping. If you need a rush order, EMAIL us at livandcreatecompany@gmail.com and we will work something out. Expect delays due to COVID. I will not be held responsible for shipping delays, damages, or lost items. Please contact me if any of these do occur though. Once I finish your order and ship it out, you will revieve a tracking number via email. Some items are to be picked up locally only (they will specify in the description on the product).
